RESERVE SPACES FOR OUR FALL 2019 SHOW

Guitarfest is scheduled for Sunday October 13th from 10am-4pm

Each space is 6 feet deep and 8 feet long . Each space INCLUDES a 8 foot heavy duty wood table, 2 chairs, and access to power. Table skirting is not provided. Please bring long extension cords as the venue will place multi outlet power boxes in each vendor area. Free WiFi is provided. Vendor load in on the day of the show (Sunday October 13th) takes place from 7am-9:30am.  We have also expanded to open on Saturday October 12th (for vendors only) for dealer day from 11am-2pm where vendors are welcome to set up the day before the show and conduct business with other vendors before the show is open to the public on Sunday.


Once you purchase your space we will reply with a email confirming that you have a space reserved. Feel free to call us before placing your order if you have questions or concerns at 330-631-2053 or 330-354-7627. We are offering discounts if you purchase 4 spaces or more. See details below.


 

  • Any display must fit inside your space and not block walk areas. The Summit County Fire Marshall will be on hand to strictly enforce fire code.
  • Long periods of loud play will not be tolerated.  We understand that customers want to try before they buy, but this must not interfere with other vendors ability to conduct business. Product testing is meant to be in short duration and not at maximum sound level (90 dB max). If testing products, please keep sound to a conversational level. Please remember that booth demos are intended to be short. Vendors in violation of the sound policy can be shut down.  Attendees can be removed if exceeding the maximum sound level, Performances are not allowed in booths
  • Sales will be NOT be allowed outside the venue or in loading or parking areas. 
  • No bootleg or fake guitars are permitted at the show. Even honestly disclosing selling Chinese branded Gibson/Fender fakes is against federal law. We want to operate this show with highest integrity for our attendees and vendors and those found to be selling fakes will be asked to leave without refund.
  • Each seller is responsible for taxes and fees.  Info is available at  http://www.tax.ohio.gov/sales_and_use/license.aspx
  • Guitarfest assumes no responsibility for any loss,  theft, damage, injury or accidents that might happen during this event.
  • No refunds after August 1st 2019.
  • Vendors must be setup and be ready for doors to open at 10am.
  • Please! No breakdown/load-outs until show closes at 5pm (unless pre-approved)
